Time share restrictions

I have a time share in Mexico for 1 and and 2 weeks. The start of the time period is on a Saturday afternoon and departing on the following Saturday morning. If you desire, say from Monday to the following Monday you charged for two weeks even though you are really only staying for one week. We have blackout weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas along with the entire month of February. My problem is twofold, number one are those who desire to split weeks and how do I let potential renters know that there are restrictions that must be followed as to start & departure dates. Basically, other than the blackout dates noted above all weeks are available. AND then some renter's just desire 3,4,5 or 6 days which almost always is impossible to find a renter who will fill the open days. What do I need to do to make potential renters understand the restrictions?
