Unauthorized rental

Can anyone open an airbnb on a houseboat??

@Terry61  yes many houseboats are listed on Airbnb and there's no problem at all if the local authorities allow it, for example those in Amsterdam here. But why have you made the title of this thread "Unauthorized rental"?

I had'nt seen any listing for a houseboat so I was'nt sure if it was unauthorized.  I should have put a question mark there.
