change reservation not going through

So a guest with immediate booking accidentally selected the wrong dates for her stay (nov 11 instead of nov 5).  She then changed the dates which I accepted and stayed in my listing this weekend.   For some reason my calender won't update and now the next tenant for this weekend is unable to book and the last tenant can't pay yet because Airbnb thinks shes hasnt yet stayed.

What is the penalty for just cancelling the reservation and having her pay me directly?

Thoughts or tips?

I had a problem, after a guest changed her dates, with both the "Accept" button and the calendar. I ended up having to phone Airbnb. It was a glitch. They fixed it. Not entirely, as payment came through on the old date rather than the new, but that was okay. You might find the same thing happens, @Eva148. As @Cynthia-and-Chris1 say, do not cancel! The phone call may take some time, but it is worth it.
