Use of my kitchen

Someone has  asked me if they could use my kitchen to relaunch their Youtube channel (cooking ).  I said that is absolutely fine because on my listing you can use my kitchen.  However, I need to be sure I am not doing anything which goes against the terms and conditions because I was wondering would this be using the Airbnb platform for commercial use.  Any advice would be much appreciated . (I read through the new terms and conditions the other day but I am none the wiser).
