Office of Fair Trading has started processing my complaint. They contacted the company last Wednesday, and chill told fair trading that they'll be in touch with me to solve this problem. However, no communication at all since then! I also try to call or email the property manager, however, no response at all! I didn't get paid for one cent and some more, they don't return my keys!!!!!
I've spoken to Fair Trading again and they said they can escalate this matter to QCAT that will be more powerful to start legal procedure!
