Where is the cx live chat

Hi @Sara2,

I did some digging and found out that apparently there is a Live Chat but it is only available for certain areas and for cetain issues.  Apparently it is also very "intermittent".

I will let you know if I find out anymore information like which areas and how to access if it is in your area.  It seems like it is very "hush hush".

I concur. I found it once, and connot locate it again. It appeared to change to a email button while I was looking...
