Wrong review

I wrote a review for a wrong person. It was my mistake. Confused. How can I cancel that review?

Ouch! You can't cancel a review. You can contact Airbnb directly to explain to them as they are the only ones who can remove a review if they agree with your reason. Click on the link and choose preferred option to make contact.

I am having the same problem, posted the wrong review by a guest.

I wrote the guest about it and also that I was trying to resove it with Airbnb.

Until now no answer.

I feel very embaressed as this couple was just great!

I thought I knew which guest had just reviewed us, and immediately wrote them a lovely warm review, referring to their boyfriend by name..  however the guest concerned came alone.. I know Airbnb have a policy of not changing reviews, but surely I can't be the only person who has made this silly mistake?

It just happened to me too.

I managed to pass this incident to a case manager and I am waiting for his response now.
