cant pre-approve visit

Hello,

I we have got the guest coming after a week , however we cant preapprove the request and this error message is shown:

These dates are currently unavailable—either let this guest know or update your calendar.

The calendar is available on those dates.

Anyone knows why this could happen?

And what should I do?

@Marius24 - are you seeing this in the app?  I got the same message too last week.  Log a bug here:

I was able to successfully pre-approve on the desktop.
