how do I cancel request for money?

Turned out the guest made her own arrangements for transfer from airport. I would like to cancel the request so that it does not look like she is a bad guest. thanks in advance.

Perfect. Thx. 

Yes, very easy. Just try to process another request, you'll get to a screen that says you can't b/c you already have another request. Just click Exit (top right) wait and it will take you to resolution center where you will see your pending request. Click on review and you can cancel then.

This is not working for me at all. I've tried all your suggestions and searched through the help file and there is no way to cancel a request for money for which resolution has been reached. Do I really have to call some godforsaken call center with garbled headsets to get the answer to this 😞 This should be easy.

I requested money from a guest and she said she paid at but I never received it. She called Airbnb they said they paid. I called Airbnb and I was told still waiting on her to respond to money request. Any suggestions?
