Welcome to the Community Center!

I could see that Jenelyn has given you some great advice on how to become a host. I'd like to recommend that you explore the Community Center as there is a lot of information available that has been shared by hosts. 

I was able to find a couple of helpful guides created by experienced Airbnb hosts such as  'A Host's guide to Airbnb' and '25 tips to get booked'. There is also an Airbnb Help Guide which explains how search results are determined.
