Hey @Amy352,
Thanks for your kind words.
If you think you will enjoy further reading i have a more extensive guide with 60 tips here
Be sure to hit the thumbs up if lilked the posts, so that more users can find them and read them 🙂
Regarding your question, Airbnb likes to verify members through different ways, social profiles, email, phone # and official documents (like your government ID or passport). This makes other users feel safer that their host is actually a person who is committed to this thing and not just someone who made a fake email and created an account 🙂
Here is how to manage your verification methods:
In your Airbnb profile (not here on the community forums) click on the upper right corner on your face icon, then in the menu that opens, click on "Edit Profile":
In the next Screen, on the left side menu, click on "Trust and Verification":
Here you can add your social profiles and other types of verification that you like (should be in the bottom part of the screen that reads "Not yet verified" :
I hope this is helpful. The instructions are about the web site of Airbnb. There should be a way to do it from a mobile app but i went through this procedure as it is easier and available to most of the users.
Hope it helped 🙂

Harry
Thanks Harry. We've been listed on AirBnB for 4 years but still get very few enquiries/bookings: 80% of those come from TA/Flipkey even though the listings are identical. As we live in Singapore, and our vacation rentals are in Bali, and our payment currency is USD, TA is confused and won't let us set up payments through them (must have a USD bank account in the US) so we would much prefer guests book via AirBnB, rather than us having to ask for cash deposits and final payments (which makes people nervous)....but.... I can't find a way to refer them to our specific listings on AirBnB. You seem to have a property ID for all your listings :
Family villa near Athens: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/13364268
Where do you find that number ????? I've looked in dashboard, accounts, listings and am not able to find a property identifier number. If I had that number I would refer people to that via our guest newsletter and social media. Please help: we have everthing else on your list done. .
Thanks, Glenys & Henry : Villa Samsara and Villa Rajawali, Canggu, Bali
I hope you're both doing well today.
To make it easier to find this thread and to find your question, I would recommend starting a new topic about this in the Help Board.
Let me know how that works out for you!

Thanks for the tips.
Thanks Harry for those tips...really helpful and simple to follow..I'm a newbie as a host (always a guest in someone's flat) and it's quite exciting. I got my 1st booking confirmation last Monday (yessss!!)
Looking forward to further inputs within the community to boost bookings
Cheers

Great work Harry!!! Thanks for these tips, I started as a host in April 2017 but I did not know all that I know right now and it was a hard begining. In the moment that I completed as much as possible my profile and became active in my listing I started to receive inquiries and IB. There is a long way ahead and a lot to do, but knowing these tools is much easier. Thanks!!!!!
My listing is in Havana and all are welcomes. Here is the link: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/17833095
Thank you Harry,
Your help is muchly appreciated!
I will try follow your tips now on 🙂
