refund for cancelation

I haven't been refunded when my host cancelled our reservation.  Airbnb are almost impossible to contact and the help centre isn't any help.

@Suzane0  In addition to being a guest on Air BNB, I see that you are also a new host.  As you are having payment trouble, it would be best to contact Air BNB.  Here is a link to the contact guide found on this site.

Hold time when calling is less if you call early in the morning.  Good luck!

They told me they add the refund to another guests payment. Otherwise just keep emailing and asking them to call you, it took me about 3wks to sort out my refund but keep at it
