reservation 'pending'

I have a reservation that shows as 'pending'. Never happened before. If I click where it says 'accept', all I get is a weird box around everything and no reaction.  Have never had a 'pending' before.  I know the guest wants to confirm and so do I.  What is our problem?  Anybody?

@Ava15  The pending status means that the reservation request is pending your acceptance or declining the request.  If you are having issues doing this, please try using Google Chrome as an internet browser in case you are using Safari, Internet Explorer, etc. 

I've been hosting for many years now and haven't had any issues using Google Chrome. Give it a try!
