There is a lot to be aware of......pick and choose the advice in those posts for what suits your listing
Tax... .you have to declare income on your tax form
insurance - dont rely on Airbnb ....many insurers wont insure for Airbnb type hosting....and it can be expensive...as the risk is higher.....see the help section about what insurance Airbnb "has"
Read as much of the help section as you can so that you are familiar with the basics...and read posts in the Community become aware of the kind of issues hosts face....
