1,5 month already payout is not released

Its 1,5 month  we don't get our payout for 5 bookings .

Total amount is 3900 $ . I called 4 times already bur the problem not resoled yet

Once per week I got messages that money sent , but nothing received .

Aibnb representatives pick phone and promised to sent information to higher department ,than nothing hapends.

They don't give this department direct phone number.I don't know what to do .May be just cancel all future reservations because not fill secure now.

Hello Paula unfortunately it's nor resolved at all .It's more that 2 2 month already continue to keep my $3900 payout saying it was technical problem in  the system.and the engineering department working on.we suffering without this part of cash flow because we pay all expenses and really missing this money.May you assist me please to resolve this problem,Please!!!!
