Revenue Split

Revenue Split

I do Airbnb arbitrage. I have a few properties with an owner and they would like me to take another.  I can't afford a full arbitrage so I am going to present a revenue share. I have heard of this before but what I am wondering is if I have to send the owner his share or is there a way for it to be split through Airbnb? Also, how does that work with utilities and bills when those costs are being paid first. If anyone can help that would be great.

If you want to do a revenue share with the owner this is nothing to do with Airbnb @Rose2635 - you would need to agree how payments are made and utilities covered .

presumably as you are suggesting this to the owner you will have a contract to cover the arrangement.

before you take on further properties I would suggest you address the issues leading to poor reviews at a number of your properties for issues such as cleanliness .

airbnb can suspend hosts that fall lower than 4.6 and you have a number of properties that are lower than this . If you don't address the issues they can ban you from the platform.

Hi @Rose2635

It sounds like you're looking after quite a few properties, it must keep you very busy!

Did you get a chance to see the suggestions from Marie and Helen? It would be great to know what you decide to do in the end regarding those payments. Let us know if you need any further help as well. 🙂

Thanks,

Emilie
