Hello host,

this is varun a Airbnb host from past 6 months

im planning to start my new Airbnb property by renting it from the land lord 

For the rental agreement they are asking for the format 

Can you please help me out with this

How strange according to your profile you are a guest and you haven't  been a host for the last six months.

If you want to do arbitrage you would need to go to a lawyer for advice on how to draw up a contract that allows you to sub let for STRs  @Varun-S-Ullur0
