Airbnb Specialized Team

I have submitted a claim within this 14 day window with all evidence and cost I had at THAT TIME for the damages the guest caused to my house. 

 

Airbnb specialized team denied my request because when I submitted the claim I put $0.00 as I didnt have all the finalized pricing from the contractors and didnt want to miss the 14 day window.

 

I was in contact with the team via email and the lady was unresponsive due to being OOO which lapsed the 14 day window and now Airbnb doesnt want to assist with the damages to my home thats cost me upwards of $4,500...

 

Is there anyone that has had success with dealing with airbnb support who isnt willing to assist?

 

I have tried contacting over 10 times with no assistance

Quite honestly I would just claim on your home insurance for STR as the Airbnb guarantee is so limited @Morgan809

Nothing yet Paula! Still battling to get someone to actually look at my case and assist with the claim!
