Airbnb delays payments for more than a month

Greetings from Ukraine. I am a host in Ukraine for almost one year. I haven't any problems earlier, but now Airbnb does not send payouts more than month for my around twenty completed bookings. The guests lived and paid, but Airbnb doesn't send this money. My bank account has been checked, it is correct.

Calls to the support service are not effective. They ask you to wait but don't say how long. I don't know what to do and I would be grateful for any advice and help of the community.

I have the very same problem. 

Airbnb doesn't pay me to my Ukraine bank account - it worked for years, is at Ukrsibank, genuine and in good standing. 

Current debt (earnings payout) > USD 6000

Contacted customer support multiple times without success. Also one of my listings can't be searched/found by guests (similar problem described here https://community.withairbnb.com/t5/Help/My-apartments-are-not-visible-for-the-guests-and-not-access...). Spent so much time on calls with the Superhost Team, nobody seems to know what the issues are and i am constantly being handed from one to the other personl, which then always ceases the conversation/ignores my emails. See attachment. 

Really disappointed, especially during those hard times in Ukraine,  and don't know what else could be done.
