Am I allowed to list my rental property?

Hi, 

we are considering listing a property that we rent on Air BnB. We have the owners permission. The property is in QLD Mermaid Beach area. Are we allowed to Air BnB the property with the owners permission?

@Donna1651 Yes you can as long as there is no local or national legislation stopping you. The owners though are mad as doing so will probably invalidate their home insurance!
