Anyone else get booted off the platform?

Hi Everyone. I've been a host for 8 years now. I recently spent $180000 on high-end renovations for my guest suite. I just relaunched less than 2 months ago, but I'm shocked and horrified to find that I have been booted off the platform completely because I was called a b***h and a piece of trash by a guest after I told her to not contact me again twice and attempted to block her to no avail. I eventually got fed up and called her the B-word back. Now I have been kicked off of Airbnb indefinitely without any chance of hope in the future. This isn't a hobby for me. It's my entire livelihood. My children depend on it for me to put food on the table. Has this happened to anyone else? How did you get back on the platform?
