Are kids/babies included in Amsterdam's 4 guest max rule

Hi, we're new to renting on Airbnb under the new Amsterdam rules. We've just received a booking for 4 adults with a baby. Do you know if that breaks the rules from the gemeente?

I did a Google search for Amsterdam and I interpret the 4 max count as 4 people. I could not find anything excluding infants, toddlers, children or teens. So to be on the safe side, every person should be counted regardless of age. You could also reach out to the council who makes the rules
