Bookings less than half than previous 4 years

The way Airbnb is presenting rentals is detrimental to many hosts who have been hosting for years. I am part of a local Airbnb group and everyone is panicking since Airbnb changed how they have listings for guests. I am usually booked solid at this point for fall and through the holidays and now we do not know how we are going to make it. I have been a Super Host for 4 years in a row and never seen it this bad.

Airbnb, please change the way you are presenting available rentals to people looking for a place, whatever you did is not working for most.

Responding to this to bump it to the main feed. I agree with you. Some people here seem to have stuck their heads in the sand and are pretending now that the Summer Release did not happen and had no impact on hosts, but we can see from the many hundreds of hosts who posted about it earlier this year that it did. The hosts who post on the CC are probably only a fraction of those who are experiencing this.

Whatever they did out here in Thailand airbnb is booming the best low season we have had for a long time,

Right now we have just started out high season we are fully booked till February,

Maybe look to other options thats if you are not already on them,

Since the changes here we cant see your listing so maybe post the link,
