COVID-19 Cancellation

Hello,

I made a reservation in Jan 20, but the trip was affected by COVID-19. We cancelled the trip using the COVID-19 channel on AirBnb in Apr 20, and opted for travel credits.

Can I check how do I check for the refund status? Thanks!

The credit would have been applied immediately, @Ng27, so you'll be able to see it in the Payment/payouts section at https://www.airbnb.co.uk/account-settings
