Can't get 2021 Tax info from AirBnb

I'm a host for several years now and for some reason I can't get ANY earnings info from AirBnB for tax filing purposes. I DID meet the criteria for them to send me a 1099-K (over 200 nights and over $20K in revenue).  They didn't send me a 1099-K.  After a week dealing with support, they told me I need to access my 2021 Earnings Report; unfortunately every time I try to do it the website just spins and spins trying to load it and eventually returns an Internal Server Error.

HELP!!!  This is the ONLY piece of data I need right now to file my taxes.  Anyone else run into this??

Clarification to this....I just re-checked the 1099 language and it says you need BOTH $20K in revenue AND 200 TRANSACTIONS (not nights).  I did not meet the TRANSACTIONS threshold so I guess they technically aren't required to send me a 1099.

However, the Earnings Summary not working is STILL an issue

I cant access my earnings report either. It used to be there all year.I need it to do my taxes too.
