Chicago has recently imposed a licensing requirement that I believe violates constitutional law (commerce clause, takings clause). Has anyone had any experience with this?

@David3059  I agree with @Mike-And-Jane0  if you have the legal background to make this determination take them to court, but do you really think your local government wouldn't have taken legal advice before drafting their STR legislation ?
