Co-living (Padsplit) vs AirBnB?

I am curious if any others are doing what I am, which is switching to co-living. It is a rent by room model.

@Jarrod52 yes it is called home sharing. You may have issues keeping the shared areas clean and hence some guests may complain but it works for some.
