Colorado CPA

Hi. I'm trying to figure out what is best way to set up my rental as a business.  There are no local CPAs taking on new clients where I live(Salida).  I am also looking for help with my taxes.  I rent my primary residence, I live in an ADU in the backyard, and do all the cleaning myself.  Does anyone have a recommendation on a quality CPA that might be taking on new clients.  Thank you.
