Hello everyone,

@Rebecca1689 In my opinion your cancellation policy is too generous and the time between check in and check out may be too short. 

Where have you determined what to charge? Airbnb price tips are very low - Best way is to research similar properties in the area.

thank you so much! I will check out the cancellation policy. Ive priced it above what Airbnb recommends as that did seem too low - but I am currently a little bit less than most other houses in this area. I will adjust once I get some bookings and reviews. Thanks again!
