Early departure due to emergency

We recently had a guest leave due to a personal matter. Are we supposed to reimburse them for their time not spent?

 

At this time they have not inquired about a refund.

@Leigh625 no you don't. unless they cancel and you have a flexible cancellation policy then you get to decide to refund or not.
