Guest charged and extra 88 why?

Hello I’m new to hosting and my guest had an extra charge of $88. There’s no cleaning fee or security fee, so I’m not sure why he was charged.

@Priscilla220  It is most likely the service fee that Airbnb charges guests, which can be anywhere between about 11%-20% of the reservation. Hosts have nothing to do with this charge and your guest should be able to see the breakdown on their reservation that says "Service Fee". If your guest is objecting to it, just tell them that they would need to take that up with Airbnb, that hosts don't set that fee or even know how much Airbnb will charge them.
