Guests requesting discount for booking regular weekend stays?

Hi there, I have a guest asking for a discounted rate to book for 6 weekends stays .  How do I organise a discounted rate for them?

These are 6 bookings.

 

Most easy is to change the price manually in the calender for those dates. Then block the dates, except the first weekend and let guest make this booking. After finished  open the dates for next weekend etc. etc..

 

Please note if guest is not OK on the first stay, you are stucked into several more reservations....
