Hosting an Airbnb in Sint Maarten, Caribbean Islands

Hello fellow Airbnb hosts.  I'm interested in purchasing a retirement/investment property in Sint Maarten in the Caribbean islands and wanted to see if there are any hosts out there who currently live in the States, but run an Airbnb in Sint Maarteen.  I would love to chat about some things to gain some knowledge.  Is there anyone out there like this?  Thanks, Sandy
