How to include city tax

Can anyone advise me about how to get city tax in a small town included at the time of booking? The Airbnb agent I spoke to said it's not possible but the City Rep said many others do have it set up.

Hi @Miriam874 , Have you managed to find a solution to this question by getting in touch with Customer Support again?

As I was searching for existing discussions regarding City Taxes, I noticed a thread here where Hosts @Victoria1274 and @Lorna170 were discussing something similar. I would like to invite them to this thread as well if they have any guidance or suggestions for us regarding this question or if anything has changed for Hosts since.

No I haven't. I spent about 45 minutes on the last conversation I had and the agent spoke to a supervisor also. But I certainly will try again if you think that could be productive.
