Hello, thank you for the welcome. My spouse and I started an Airbnb in Bradford PA, NW Pennsylvania in July 2023.  That rental remains. We moved to Park Forest April 2024.  I love hosting. We rent the entire furnished basement out. Most often I don't get to meet the guest as I'm working FT. Today I was messaged by a Jonathan regarding upcoming changes in Centre County that may affect us all doing Short Term Rentals.  I'm interested to learn more. We live in Patton Town.
