Liability protection for a unique stay: Tree Net / tree house

Air BnB has some incredible Tree Houses posted; and we are currently constructing a Tree Net at our Air BnB Listing. 

My question is:  Is there a way to build in my Liability waiver into the Air BnB registration process so all guests visiting the property will have Pre Signed this form before arriving and accessing the tree net? 

and:

Does anyone have advice for an insurance product that will cover Liability for any Tree House related accidents?

Liability wavers are best derived from the local state/country laws governing where you are in, not Airbnb, who doesn't own your place. They are just a referral agency. They are usually presented upon guest arrival at one's property, the smoothest way to not spook the guests. And lastly, they should kept as simple as possible.
