Hello I just listed my place as a host and found out they created bylaws and just hired a bylaw officer. It basically says I can’t advertise my place or rent it without a license. A lot of hoops to go through. And this is an unorganized township of very few people, a farming community. If there is anyone hosting from the area I would like to ask you what to do please.

As this is a global community, it might be hard to find a Host from a specific area. There are Local Host Clubs though - so it might be worth popping there for more area specific regulations and licences, cleaners and things like that. Please let me know how you get on.
