Listing not showing up on neighborhood or citywide search

Several of my repeat guests complained to me about their workplace HR department not being able to locate my listing until i provided them with the link. I was able to get them in but when I searched the site on an incognito window I realized that they were right and my listing was neither on my geographical area nor on a much larger 20 miles radius area. Totally gone! When we called to complain they said that they were unable to check if the listing shows up on a blind search but they can see it on their internal site..duh!!! anybody having the same issue with airbnb? Heard that they are having issues with management of their algorithm ?
