The Situation:
We have two listings in the Notting Hill area of West London and the difference in performance is utterly incredible.
We have had 16 bookings since the 27th December with 13 of them for the smaller cheaper flat.
The two listings are:
Portobello Paradise (13217652)
Notting Hill Paradise (40633166)
The 2 bedroom flat with garden has suddenly rocketed to near capacity at 88/90 nights booked.
The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom larger, grander and more exotic flat has 3 bookings and 53 nights remaining.
The Community Question:
On this evidence would you change the listing from a 3 bedroom flat to a 2 bedroom (by locking one of the bedrooms) and lowering the price to increase the rate of bookings and huge demand for 2 bed stays?
Any thoughts, considerations or advice greatly appreciated.
Many thanks and best wishes,
Mat
