Unknown Donation Taken Out of our Payout

Have you experienced this before? This past March, I received a notification that our payout had a deduction for a donation drive that we weren’t even aware of. We reached out to Airbnb support to let them know that we had no knowledge of this donation drive. Unfortunately, they didn’t refund the amount. The deduction was quite significant, around $3,000.  Any idea how we might be able to recover that amount?
