I'm experiencing the same problem, on Airbnb the payment just says 'on hold', my long term guest showed me that he had paid Airbnb but for some reason I'm not being paid. It has been referred to a member of the escalations team and also the specialised team. I have been told the technical team are working on it to get it resolved but they won't be able to provide a time frame. This is essential income for me also and put my home at risk. It's now 14 days since I should have had this payment and I am nowhere nearer to getting a resolve. I have bookings through til August 2025 its very worrying and is causing me considerable stress.
