Any other hosts experiencing missing payments from Airbnb? It first happened to me earlier this year. It was just one payment that time and only a few hundred dollars. After 3 days and receiving no notice of payout I called and spent hours on the email and phone with airbnb. They finally acknowledged their error and issued the payment. For my hours of trouble they sent me a coffee mug. This time the missing payouts total nearly $2k. I have already spent much time trying to get it corrected. So far I am just getting the "we are checking into it" email message. The original rep I spoke with acknowledged to me that there was a mistake made. So now I just get to sit and wait for them to hopefully correct their error again. I wonder if I will get another coffee mug. Frankly I would rather just timely get my payouts and without having to waste hours of my time to get them. Anyway just wondering if this is happening to other hosts and also a heads up to other hosts to be sure to keep track of your payouts.
I have a NASA intern living at my house the intern has paid his money on time and Airbnb has not paid me out yet 15 days approximately late I have spent many hours trying to call Airbnb and the call gets forwarded to Philippines and Indonesia and Mexico and all of the foreign countries and very seldom I'm able to talk to somebody in the US after many calls they still have not been able to provide me why the payment has not come in and this is causing me a lot of distress as I have bills to pay and Airbnb does not care how the homeowners who have entrusted their expensive properties through their application to them are causing all this trouble my money is still unreceived and it seems like there's nobody at Airbnb who can give me an answer about the $750 that has disappeared. This is a very bad situation because Airbnb has literally disappeared with $750 and none of their agents in spite multiple phone calls have been able to give any explanation as a matter of fact when I first called One agent said that I have cancelled the booking then I told them that that was not the case and they said oh yes you haven't canceled booking but we don't know what. then I called the next time a lady told me that there was no payout method on my account which was also false and so on and so forth many phone calls later they were giving me all crazy stories which did not make any sense and so far I have not seen the money in my bank account so they have breached the trust and they have breached good practices probably breached a lot of other things that they should be ashamed off and I just need my money because I have bills due and this is the way they treat homeowners then they should be out of business they've caused me significant amount of distress cost and a lot of time when I should be have been working with the peace of mind I had to call them. I have many other tenants I have never had a problem collecting from these respectable tenants and Airbnb has created a mess not paying the money that the tenant already paid them 15 days ago and creating a big big problem for me.
That's what it is happening to me now. The money dissapear from the tabs, only shows in the reservation tab. Has not been transfered.
Add me to the list of hosts missing payments. I didn't see the usual email we get 24 hours after check-in indicating payment was processing, so I checked my transaction history. The reservation is on my calender, but payment is not showing up as "completed" OR "upcoming." It's disappeared.
This is the first time this has happened and I've been hosting almost a year and a half. The only thing different about this reservation is that is was a special offer. Although I have sent special offers in the past with no payout problem.

no technical problem. they cannot answer as to why the payouts have not been made. a month since i was paid. i have five guests who paid but i have not been paid. numerous calls to support but they are incompetent.
new host here...I am experiencing the same issue as you all. I talked to support and they claimed a massive outage affecting other hosts as well....anyone else out there living through this hell?
Airbnb should be liable and paying us interest or a fee for this kind of situation....
I emailed support. Received a response about 4 hours later saying the payout would be triggered in another 24 hours. 15 minutes after the support message came through, I received the usual email saying payment from the reservation has been released. I checked my transaction history and the payment was showing up there as well.
I don't think it's a coincidence it came through 15 minutes after I heard back from support, so they must have had to trigger something and it seems like a simple fix.

i have not been paid for one month now - i.e. for five guests.
i am getting no intelligent answers from airbnb so-called supervisors. each one with a different excuse. sheer incompetence or more - i would say criminal.
I am missing 39605.29 in payouts since July 14 and cannot seem to get any answers. How do I get this resolved today? Getting no where with my case manager and I need this resolved immediately. Same thing happened last summer. This has serious financial repercussions for me and Airbnb doesn't seem to be doing anything. Surely you have the resources to figure this out in a faster way for all of your hosts.

I am missing a payout too. It is 4 days late. It is in pending but it is not released. Support keep saying that other hosts are experiencing the same problem but it's my money they are withholding and I'd like to see my issue worked on and resolved.
Have you received your payouts eventually and with how much delay?

I'm also not being paid and not being contacted. payment is 3 days late and shows up as pending/upcoming. it was a special offer set up by Airbnb for a new listing. very annoyed.
Thanks for the helpful messages, its comforting to understand that this seems to be a common occurrence. However, I can find the Customer Services address, or number to lodge the complaint - can someone please flag it for me
