I'm facing a bit of a situation here, and I could really use your help and opinions!
So, here's the deal: I listed my very first place on Airbnb on July 6th, and everything was going fantastic. Bookings were pouring in from good guests, and I was excited about this. But there's this one hiccup that's been bothering me - I haven't received any payouts from Airbnb yet.
I want to make sure I've done everything right on my end. I've verified my bank details, set the minimum payout amount, and filled out all my profile information accurately. But despite all that, no luck so far.
Now, I must admit, I've reached out to customer support, but it seems like they're passing the bucket without offering any concrete explanation or solutions. I'm really hoping to resolve this issue, and that's where your invaluable input comes in!
If any of you have experienced something similar or have some expert advice, please share it with me.
Still have several bookings on the way and I dont want to deceive guests that have already paid by canceling and Blocking the calendar.
