Missing Payouts

I have been missing payouts since December 24, 2022. I have called Airbnb Superhost support for more than 10 times. I have been getting the same useless response. Everyone I have talked to said that someone will get in touch, yet no one ever does. All the tickets that they have tagged my concern with has been closed. At this point, it seems like no one is looking into the problem.  

The issue is in regards to the KYC information that I have submitted months ago. How long does verification take? Can someone please help me out.
