My name is Valeria, I'm a worker on Viajo por trabajo a company from Ecuador. We are a team who manage this host account on Airbnb. My role is being a Quality Manager. One of my goals or objectives is achieved that every guest left his review also a good reviews with 5 Stars.

Then I want to ask you what advices or strategies I can use to achieve it.

 

My strategy was writing to every guest saying if you were happy with your experience please leave us a good review, we are thankful for your support

I would never ask a guest for a good review @Luis3472  personally I just provide a great experience in a listing designed to appeal to guests I have identified as my target customers.

 

I just let them know I've enjoyed having them as guests and will reflect this in my review. 

 

In your situation I would focus on why you have had some low ratings and negative reviews from customers and see what systems you can put in place to address the issues raised.
