My property

Someone I introduced has used the title of my property and also copy and pasted my information that I created to benefit themselves and is impacting on my business.

Been in touch with Airbnb but doesn't seem to be going anywhere. ?

I've only just realised this they are now appearing on search engines and Airbnb above me as a 5 yr superhost and they are not and only 3 months in ??

@Geoff-and--Lisa-B0 This is not surprising as new hosts get a boost in the search engine to get them started. It just goes to show that the referral bonus may not be so good once you introduce competition into your area. With respect to copying information I doubt you own the copyright to it so I doubt Airbnb will/should do anything about it.

I would of thought with my 5 yrs superhosting and with it all being word 4 word they'd just at least make them alter their title ??

Is this also why it comes up on the app above superhosts property's then as being a SuperHost is one of the perks ?

@Geoff-and--Lisa-B0 Interesting. You have however given Airbnb  a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license, for the term of the protection of the rights so licensed, to access, use, store, copy, modify, prepare derivative works of, distribute, publish, transmit, stream, broadcast, and otherwise exploit in any manner such Content to provide and/or promote the Airbnb Platform, in any media or platform, known or unknown to date and in particular on Internet and social networks.

But I don't see Airbnb really caring about your introductees use of your content so I wish you luck with your attempts to claim your indeterminate loss.
