I have not been able to receive payment for 2 of my guests for about 20 days. Airbnb says it sent the money, but there is no money! There is no money reaching my bank in any way. I'm extremely worried now. Believe me, I sent so many messages to the support line and no one helped me. They ask me to confirm my identity and even though I do so, no one accepts it. As a young homeowner, I am extremely sad and worn out. I have bills to pay, but I can't because I can't get paid. Please help me!
