Nicely post a bad review

How do you nicely post a bad review.  I hate to be negative in the review.  I tried to just do star rating but it makes you leave an actual review and I'm not sure what to say.

Which star rating did you have in mind or which issues did occur ?

Is there anything positive to say about the guest ?

Then for example just "friendly guest".
