No Pay out for cleaning fees

Noted on pay out transaction was not receiving payment for cleaning fees.  Thought air bnb collected them.

@Diana1892 How weird - When I look to book your property there is definitely a cleaning fee charged and, assuming the guest has actually stayed, it usually just adds into the payout to the host. Sorry but I can't think of anything you can check to sort this out. Others may have ideas though.

Perhaps go to your next reservation, click on it, and see if the cleaning fee is shown in what the guest pays and what the host gets.

I noticed same problem. My cleaning fee is not payed out to my account. Already 1 year its happening like this. Where we can complain about this to fix this problem?

I checked your listing, and don't see a cleaning fee.

@Diana1892  You do realize that you're paid out in one lump sum? There's no separate payment for the cleaning fee. If you look at the breakdown of your payouts, you should see the cleaning fee included in there. Is that not the case?
