Not receiving payouts!

I've got 2 payouts that was sent over on 29th and 31st of December, I was supposed to get them by 5th and 8th of January.

However, I'm missing both! I've contacted support but one ghosted me, another one told me it actually takes 5 to 15 business days, and another one told me there's something wrong with my payout method. If there was something wrong with my payout method I would've gotten a notification, and both payout states that it's been sent and it's no longer with Airbnb.

It always took around 3 days for me to receive the money, this has never happened before. What is going on?

Hey Rebecca, no I have not. They did put me on with a Senior Payments Support Ambassador from Airbnb on my private Airbnb Support chat. He's helping me trace the payouts with their payment processing partner and will take 7 to 10 business days to process. The problem could very well be with their processing partners, whoever they are.
